- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to sole source this contract to Library Systems& Services, LLC, to provide access to VALPAC. This procurement is being conducted IAW FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 519120, size standard of $7 Million Per Annum applies to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to Jonathan Chisholm via e-mail Jonathan.Chisholm@va.gov or via mail to Department of Veterans Affairs, National PCAC, 6150 Oak Tree Blvd, Independence, Ohio, 44131. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Veterans Affairs PCAC will proceed to sole source this requirement to Library Systems & Services to provide access to VALPAC.
