- Prog1563S This is an IFB (Invitation For Bid). These specifications cover the production of a self-cover saddle stitched comic book style publication requiring such operations as printing in up to two inks and in four-color process, binding, packing and sealing for distribution, and delivery. The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period for November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2012) and 4 option year periods (November 1, 2012 through October 31, 2013; November 1, 2013 through October, 31, 2014; November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2015; and November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016). Monthly (12 orders per year). Approximately 45,000 to 60,000 copies per order. 64 pages (includes self-cover). Trim size: 5 x 7-1/8" The contractor must make complete delivery to all destinations in the contractor's city, and make complete mailing or shipping to all other destinations, on or before the 10th workday after receipt of reproducibles in the contractor's plant.
