- RFQ for Wind Gust Brake Kit Tooling This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for the procurement of 10 (each) Air Fixtures, Prop Brake, NSN: 2840-01-525-9132, P/N: 23063558, and 10 (each) Oil Transfer Removal Tools, NSN: 5120-01-509-8342, P/N: 23058485, used to remove, re-install and test the Wind Gust Brake on AE2100D3 engines. Delivery schedule: 175 Days ARO. Multiple Shipping locations. This RFQ is being issued on a sole source basis to Midwest Aircraft, CAGE: 1SWT0, due to ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICE WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
