Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, Foreign Disease-Weed Science Research Unit intends to award a purchase order to Getinge USA, Inc 1777 E Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14623-3133, on a sole source basis, a 12 month Preventative Maintenance Plan. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1); only known supplier of parts that can be utilized in the repair of the instruments that can satisfy the government's need. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Small Business size standard is $19 million dollars. This will be a firm fixed price contract.
