Request for Proposal Additional information regarding this opportunity, including the RFP will be available on the project websites: http://www.va.gov/ASSETMANAGEMENT/burr/chillicothe/index.asp http://www.va.gov/ASSETMANAGEMENT/burr/dayton/index.asp This procurement is for two Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) opportunities at two separate EUL sites available for redevelopment by one or more Offerors. The two sites are the Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio, and the other is the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 4100 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The Chillicothe project site has three buildings (16,000 sf, 16,000 sf, and 96,000 sf respectively), and three land parcels (approximately 4 acres, 6.5 acres, and 7 acres respectively). The Dayton project site has one land parcel of approximately 14 acres for development. The VA objective for this RFP is to receive proposals from one or more Offerors to develop the EUL sites to provide permanent supportive housing for homeless Veterans and Veterans at risk of homelessness under two long-term ground lease agreements with VA for up to seventy-five (75) years. In return for a long-term lease of the property, the selected Offeror(s) will provide fair consideration to VA.
