- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial item supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R11PS60451 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 423690 Other Electronic Parts and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers, and the size standard is 100 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for variable frequency drives to be delivered 30 days after receipt of order. The RFQ contains all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due by Monday, September 26, 2011, 3:00 p.m. local time and may be submitted via email to vlaforge@usbr.gov or fax to 406-247-7798. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with a valid registration prior to the award of any Federal Government contracts.
