- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. NAICS code is 423830, size standard is 100.0 employees. FOB Destination shall be JBPHH (Honolulu), Hawaii 96853. The Hawaii Air National Guard requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: CLIN 001-SWH-6107-E, Wisconsin Oven Composite Cure Oven (Electric Unit) CLIN 002- Reinforced Insulated Floor (2" Thick) with wheel guides. Consists of three (3) insulated panel sections with two (2) 12 gauge "U" channels spaced on 56" center located between the panels to guide the wheels of your load car.
