- limited source jsutification The National Assessment Group (NAG) 2251 Wyoming Blvd. SE. Kirtland AFB, NM 87117, intends to issue a sole source contract to RE2 Inc. This acquisition for the National Assessment Group is to procure the following items: Parts for the Armadillo V2 SUGV 3ea Manipulator and Camera System P/N: DS1-MA (w/o BB Battery Tray) 3ea 2590 Battery Tray Accessory P/N: DS1-BAT for DS1-MA Manipulator The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a). Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide the required equipment to antonio.anaya@kirtland.af.mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
