- 11-page PDF for IFB. Promotional items for USDA. THIS IS A QUANTITY FOR PRICE PROCUREMENT! BIDS: The bidder is to bid the maximum quantity, offering quantities based on the specified percentage for each item, inclusive of all costs (including non reimbursable mail, if applicable) that will be delivered to the Department per specification requirements for a total of $167,392.50. In addition, the bidder must bid a separate additional rate based on a continuing run of the quantity produced exclusive of all basic or preliminary charges. Bids must include the cost of all materials and operations for the total quantity ordered. These specifications set forth the requirements for the imprinting, packaging, labeling, and delivery of 22 different promotional items each customized with one line-art illustration and up to three typelines imprinting in one or two colors on one side and delivering FOB Destination. Material will be available for pickup at the U.S. Government Printing Office, Dallas, TX by September 30, 2011. PDF proofs and actual item photos must be delivered on or before October 6, 2011. A progressive schedule is permitted as follows: Contractor to deliver 8 items in full quantities on or before November 1, 2011 Contractor to deliver 8 items in full quantities on or before November 21, 2011 Contractor to deliver 6 items in full quantities on or before December 7, 2011 Deliver complete on or before December 7, 2011 IMPORTANT: The delivery priority of items per this schedule should align with the chart on Attachment A; however, the contractor is required to notify GPO immediately if item availability issues mandate a shift in delivery priority.
