Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z0451132A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 effective 05 Jul 2011; Defense DCN 20110920 effective 20 Sep 2011, and AFAC 2011-0714 effective 14 Jul 2011. This acquisition is small business set aside; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110. The business size standard is $7.0 Million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is G002. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8399. 0001-: CATHOLIC ADULT FAITH FORMATION COORDINATOR - ALL MONTHS EXCEPT JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, Qty 9 months 1Oct11-30Sep12 *See attached Statement of Work This service is to include 4 Option years in all quotes. (see part 8 in the SOW or contact me with any questions) 1Oct12-30Sep13 1Oct13-30Sep14 1Oct14-30Sep15 1Oct15-30Sep16 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
