- Layout Drawing This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1891168A002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53, 04 Aug 2011, DPN 20110920, and AFAC 2011-0714. This acquisition is a Sole Source Requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 3990. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3699. Requirement Description: Wire Guidance Kit CLN 0001: Model 5200 Wire Guidance kits P/N 1037330/101 Qty: 3 Each, CLN 0002: Installation Labor installation sealed with MM80 Rigid Epoxy Approximately 1400 lin. ft in accordance with the attached Layout Drawing. Qty: 1 Lot, CLN 0003: Line Driver P/N 1008446/001 Qty: 1 Each, Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
