- The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to ABS Systems, Inc., Las Vegas, NV. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the programming and integration of the existing Johnson Controls Metasys building management system installed at the Administrative and Annex Buildings into its Delta Control system (ANSI/ASHRAE 135-2004 BACnet protocol system) to allow for all automated building management under one system. ABS Systems, Inc. is the only authorized Delta Control representative and is certified to market, design, install, program, and service the complete Delta Controls product line. ABS Systems, Inc. is the exclusive Delta Controls representative for all of Southern Nevada for projects and service. Furthermore, ABS Systems, Inc., is the exclusive and sole authorized representative for the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation projects and service for Delta Controls, as it is the only certified company to provide warranty work for Delta Systems. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
