- Los Angeles Job Corps intend to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) to award an evaluated Firm Fixed Price subcontract for Dental Hygienist Services, non personal to provide on-site dental exams and treatment at Los Angeles Job Corps, 1106 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The YWCA of Greater Los Angeles which operates the Los Angeles Job Corps Center (LAJCC) under contract with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration is requesting proposals to provide full Dental Hygienist Services. The Job Corps Center is required by the Department of Labor to provide basic medical and dental services to students. The Dental Hygienist will perform preliminary oral examination. The RFP will be available on October 7, 2011. The RFP closing date is scheduled to be on October 24, 2011. Actual dates will be identified in the RFP. Interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Firms can register via the CCR internet site at https://www.uscontractorregistration.com/ or by contacting the CCR information center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested parties are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at https://orca.bpn.gov/ To request a copy of an RFP, you may contact the Contract Specialist via email, phone or mail. RFP's can either be picked at the address below or sent by overnight mail upon request.
