- Description
- The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), Ann Arbor, MI, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with University of Michigan, Division of Research Development & Administration of Ann Arbor, MI for setup, hosting, production, management services for interactive voice response (IVR) applications, and production of participant and clinic administration materials. NAICS 541690 applies, the large business size standard in millions of dollars is $7.0 million. The Contractor shall deliver to the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, for the period from date of award through September 30, 2011 with three (3) additional one (1) year pre-priced options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:30 on March 31, 2011. No telephone, fax or email inquiries shall be accepted. All responses must be mailed to VAAAHS, Attn; Karlyn Kucans (54C), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
