- Updated Combined Synopsis 21 Sep 11 Question and Answer 21 Sep 11 PWS Revised 21 Sep 11 Amendment 1 Contents The Contractor shall provide all consumable materials, specialized tools and equipment, and qualified labor to conduct major repairs to the United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE) aircraft and structural Liquid Propane Gas (LPG)-fueled fire trainers (mobile and fixed facility) to ensure the fire trainers are serviceable and operational. The Contractor shall comply with this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Air Force Technical Order (TO) 35E1-2-13-1 - Operation and Maintenance Instructions for Aircraft Fire Training Facilities, commercial standards, manufacturers' recommendations, procedures, and technical data, and local, state, and federal guidelines as applicable to the work involved. Any conflict between this PWS and the technical order, commercial standards or manuals will be resolved in favor of the PWS. POP: 29 September 2011 through 28 September 2012.
