- Synopsis: This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number is VA243-11-RQ-0795, and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 444190. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable. The Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Montrose Campus, has a requirement for the products listed below.
