- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Modification is being issued to the Award N00178-11-P-4011 for 4 Star Technologies, Inc., 585 S Birdneck RD, Ste 102, Virginia Beach, VA 23451-5898 for McAfee Firewall Enterprise (MFE) support services until 29 September 2012. MFE is the developer and designer of this system which is proprietary. This request is driven by the need to extend the services through the upcoming Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) brown out period. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
