- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5. The Government intends to issue a modification to Task Order T0018 under Contract WC1330-07-CQ-0057 utilizing Recovery Act Funding. This modification is to provide additional construction administrative services, i.e., observation, periodic site inspections, and full-time on-site inspections in support of the construction of the NOAA La Jolla Laboratory Replacement Project. The performance period will be through March 1, 2012.
