- Revision of Industry Day registration process Revised Request for Information (RFI), Amendment #4, dated 09/21/2011 **This is a request for Request for Information Only** Amendment #4 to Request for Information (RFI) RFQ605466 for Draft RFQ Number 4QBF47116806 for Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) hereby revises the registration process for the Industry Day scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, 2011. The Industry Day meeting will be held at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel, 2399 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. The hotel telephone number is 703-418-6800. All are welcome to attend but be advised that the procurement will only be open to contract holders on Schedule 70. The General Services Administration (GSA) National Information Technology Commodity Program (ITCP) still intends to utilize innovative acquisition strategies in establishing several multiple award BPAs for a variety of leading IT products. The objective of this specific request is to procure video teleconferencing equipment, installation and maintenance for customers located nationwide. Please review the attached Draft Items List for video teleconferencing equipment, installation and maintenance. If after reviewing the draft Item List you have any questions, comments, concerns, please submit them to Nateeta Taylor via email (nateeta.taylor@gsa.gov) and as an attachment to this RFI in e-Buy. Also, as part of your attachment to this RFI, indicate if your company can provide the products listed (GSA Schedule 70 - IT products, services, and solutions SIN 132-8 and SIN 132-12) in the draft RFQ. The Government would like to invite you to an industry day meeting to be determined. Please submit an interest in attending the industry day meeting to Nateeta Taylor via email (nateeta.taylor@gsa.gov) and as an attachment to this RFI in e-Buy, no later than (NLT) August 25, 2011 at 4pm Eastern Standard Time. NO QUOTES ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. After the official release of the RFQ, all interested parties must submit their quote via GSA IT Solution Shop (ITSS) web-based order processing system. Quotes submitted for this RFQ will only be accepted via ITSS. The webpage link is http://web.itss.gsa.gov/Login and the ITSS Help Desk number is 877-243-2889. In order to access this RFQ in ITSS for submission of the quote, all interested parties must send the exact individual name and company registered in ITSS via email to nateeta.taylor@gsa.gov, no later than 1:00 pm on TBD. The contact's name must be exactly as it appears in ITSS. Contractors will not be able to access this RFQ in ITSS without providing this requested information to GSA in advance of the RFQ closing date. It's the interested parties responsibility to ensure contractor registration is in ITSS, notification of ITSS registration to the GSA POC for this solicitation and submission of the quote are completed before the closing date and time. Extension to the RFQ closing date and time will not be grated due to late registration in ITSS. ITSS requires that information under the contract number in the ITSS be an exact match with the information in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov. An award cannot be made if the information in each system does not match. See attachment below for draft Items List. The Government is contemplating a Minimum Ordering Amount of $0.00. • How will this affect your business and discount percentage quote? Please pay close attention to the RFQ requirements and Factors of Evaluation. • Do you have any suggestions to enhance the Government approach? The Government is using reverse auctioning as a pricing technique. • In what manner will this affect your interest? The RFQ will be issued in ITSS. Estimated RFQ response due date is undetermined at this time. It is mandatory that all responding vendors, to the RFQ, must be registered with GSA's IT-Solutions.
