- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial procurement prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N63394-11-T-5122 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is firm-fixed price and solicited as 100% small business set-aside FAR 19.502-2(a). The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirement/statement of work stated in this synopsis and is the most advantageous to the Government based on technically acceptable, lowest price, and lead time. Requirement is for one (1) Electric Tandem Axel Tilt-bed trailer, the trailer offered must meet all specifications listed on pages 3-4 of the attached RFQ. The offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Trailer MUST include certificate of origin from the manufacturer showing Governement ownership made out to: Naval Surface Warfare Center Fleet Training Division FT23 1999 4th Street Norco, CA. 92860-1915 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336214 and the small business size is 500 employees. Any quotes that do not meet this set-aside requirement will not be considered. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday, September 26, 2011. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically to Marlena.warren@navy.mil. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days after due date and include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax ID number, and delivery date. Any amendment (s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offeror ™s responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
