- U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The United States Government currently occupies 10,000 rentable square feet fully serviced in Miami, FL. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to expand the current lease by 5,000 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include, but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. State:Florida City:Miami Delineated Area North = NW 25th Street South = NW 12th Street East = State Road 826, the Palmetto Expressway West = NW 87th Avenue Sq. Ft. (ABOA):15,000 Space Type:Office and Warehouse Parking Spaces (Other):15 Term:The lease term will be coterminous with the existing lease, which expires on August 31, 2016. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
