- This amendment is issued only to post the Specifications and Performance Work Statement which didn't upload with the initial posting. All other terms and conditions of solicitation remain unchanged. VERTICAL CAROUSEL MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS 1. Fire Resistant for protection of paper files. 2. Securable to protect integrity of personal health information. 3. Electric with capability of operating manually incase of power outage. 4. Must accommodate a minimum of 9,000 patient treatment records. 5. Over dimensions must not exceed: H 96 IN x W 36 IN x L 96 IN. 6. Rotary. 7. Movable shelf dividers. 8. Gray or other soothing muted colors accepted. 9. Fully covered canopy. 10. Emergency safety shut off: manual and sensor activated. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT VERTICAL CAROUSEL GENERAL: The Contractor shall provide a Lektriever Vertical Carousel, Brand Name or Equal with complete installation for the U.S. Army MEDDAC located at Bldg 576, Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604. 1. The Contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and transportation to unload and install the File System at Bldg 576, Fort Eustis, Virginia. 2. The Contractor is required to professionally install the File System in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards to include all fire and safety codes. Available power supply is 110/120 volt. 3. The Contractor is required to fully test the File System to confirm the functionality of the automated cabinet. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for all cleanup and removal of packaging materials, supplies and crating not necessary for the use and warranty of the File System. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for the shipment and receipt of the items and shall maintain them until the date of installation. No storage space will be provided at installation address. 6. The Contractor shall provide a detailed description of the warranty for the manufacturer and installer as well as all manuals and literature for the File System. 7. The Contractor is required to perform all work Monday thru Friday during the regular duty hours of 07:30 am -04:00 pm EST.
