Description
SF 1449 Solicitation SP4705-11-T-0065 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is SP4705-11-T-0065. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, DFARS Change Notice 20110202. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 541690 and small business size standard is $7,000,000.00. Award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this to obtain support Information Communications Technology (ICT) strategy, planning, and execution. See the attached SF1449 for additional information within the Statement of Work. Interested parties shall quote on the following CLINs as identified in the attached on Page 3: CLIN 0001: ICT Researcher/Technical Services and CLIN 0002: Travel. See the attached SF1449 for additional information about the requirement and additional clauses. Period of performance shall be 30 September 2011 - 29 September 2012. The period of performance for this requirement is for 12 month period. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government will use the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. Award will be made on four factors as identified within the attached document.
