Description
W912EF-11-Q-0098 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, CENWW, 201 North 3rd Avenue, Walla Walla, WA 99362, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Cultural Resources Professional Services. The work to be performed under this contract consists of various cultural resources studies conducted for the Northwestern Division (Division) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contract is primarily in support of Section 106 compliance requirements for the Walla Walla District, but shall be available for work on all District lands within the Division. Services provided in this contract are intended to support the Corps programs and include, but are not limited to: archival research; identification of cultural resources; evaluation of cultural resources for National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility; assessment of effects; resolution of adverse effects; curation support activities; and planning and impact assessments. The Contractor shall provide services that will be detailed on each specific task order. Examples will be provided in the solicitation document. The government anticipates award of up to two (2) individual small business Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), providing sufficient qualified contractors present offers. The proposed contracts feature a base year and four (4) option years. The total capacity of the MATOC contracts will not exceed $5,000,000. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION: The solicitation W912EF-11-R-0003 (changed to W912EF-11-Q-0098) will be available on or about May 20, 2011.on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) site, www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. The Solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720 with a Size Standard of $7.0 million. This is not a request for bids, but notice that our intent to issue a solicitation for this requirement. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor Registration database at web site http://www.ccr.gov/ and http://orca.bpn.gov/.
