- Answers to vendor questions submitted prior to the site visit Amend 2 to add additional information to the RFQ Floor Layout Modification 2 to the subject request for quote is released for the following reasons. A) The deadline for questions to be submitted has been extended to 27 Sep 2011 and the date for final proposal submission has been extended to 14 Oct 2011. B) Provide the pre-site visit questions and answers to all vendors (see attached) C) Provide the floor layout drawing (see attached) D) Update Clause 52.212-5 to include Clause 52.219-27, Notice of SDVOSB set-aside.
