- PR 0041041966. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-0355, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5895-01-554-5358, KEYBOARD,DATA ENTRY. This NSN is a part numbered item and the approved source is HARRIS CORPORATION, CAGE 91417, P/N 3161942. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 20 Each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 72 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on SEPT 19, 2011. Subcontracting plan is not required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on SEPT 21, 2011. The solicitation issue date is OCT 6, 2011. The closing date is NOV 6, 2011. The estimated award date is DECEMBER 31, 2011.
