- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS/AF Legislative Liaison - Congressional Information and News Subscription This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only, and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This sources sought is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing timely access to congressional events via subscription. These events include coverage of elections, amendments, legislation, votes, and possible congressional action which could have an impact on the military. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code proposed for the requirement is 511110, Newspaper Publishers. The size standard for NAICS 511110 is 500 number of employees. Comments on this NAICS and suggestions for alternative must include supporting rationale. No decision has yet been made regarding the small business strategy for this acquisition. Your response should identify you businesses size (large or small) in relation to this NAICS code. The government is interested in all small businesses including 8(a), HUB Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. Interested parties are requested to submit: 1. Company's Name 2. Mailing Address 3. Government Representative email address (if available) 4. Telephone Number 5. Website 6. Overview about your Subscription 7. DUNS number, CAGE Code, Tax Identification Number** 8. Business size for NAICS 519130 (size standard 500 number employees and status **Companies must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR, at www.ccr.gov ) to be considered as potential sources. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. The company's standard format is acceptable. Contractor capable of providing these services as described in the SOW, should submit the requested information containing the above reference information to Ms. Renee McElrath, Contract Specialist, via email Renee.Mcelrath@afncr.af.mil. Each submission should be virus scanned prior to being sent. Electronic submission is required. Responses shall be received no later than 23 September 2011, 1:00 pm Eastern Time Zone.
