Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Philips Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Medical Systems for the labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration and repairs of the Jetstream Forte and Peg Sunblade located at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. This agreement is for a one year base and four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
