- J&A This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with 6.302-1 it is the intent of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to make award to Wilson Combat, The intended order will provide for part to the Remington 870 shotgun from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the parts listed in the attached. Remington relies on Wilson to provide the parts listed in the attached J&A. Parts from any other vendor for law enforcement could prove run the risk of malfunction. As a result Wilson Combat is the only responsible source to provide the listed parts for the Remington 870 Shotgun.
