- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment for filling the cracks in the existing asphaltic pavement and placing a one-quarter (1/4) inch thick emulsified asphaltic slurry seal coat and applying pavement markings as per existing conditions and in accordance with the scope of work and wage determination. The project is located near De Soto, Wisconsin, which is between Highway 35 and the Mississippi River in Vernon County, WI, at Blackhawk Park. Solicitation number W912ES-11-T-0119 is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The work will be done in accordance with the scope of work. Item Number 0001 is CRACK FILL AND SEAL COAT GREEN LAKE PARKING AREA AT BLACKHAWK PARK. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The associated NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
