- The work of this contract consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials for removal and proper disposal of emergency levees from the Reaches (Reach 1, Reach 2, and Reach 3) in accordance with the scope of work included in this solicitation. The work consists of removal of emergency levees constructed during the spring 2011 flood fight in Minot, ND. This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 237990 and a small business size standard of $33.5 million. The estimated order of magnitude for this project in terms of dollars is $1 million to $5 million.
