- SOLICITATION No. W911SF-11-T-0059 DOL BAGGAGE TENT Response to questions for Solicitations W911SF-11-T-0059: 1. Question: When will the equipment be required to be operational? Answer: Required by 1 Oct 2011 - Fully Operational 2. Question: Do you have a layout for the placement of the doors, divider wall, and HVAC equipment? Answer: SEE ATTACHEMENT 3. What is the surface type? (Concrete, asphalt, or grass) Answer: The surface type is Reinforced Concrete 4. Question: Is the surface level? Answer: Yes - The surface is level 5. Question: In regards to the divider wall. How large of an opening is required? What is the height requirement for the divider wall and does it need to go to the ceiling? Will the divider wall need to be of solid construction or is a soft fabric divider acceptable? Answer: The wall is a retractable 13ft curtain to the ceiling with eyelets on each side for tie backs. Type fabric is standard white PVC coated. 6. Question: Will government provide power for the HVAC, lighting, and exit signs or is a generator required? If government provided power what is the voltage? Answer: Yes, government will provide power...Power provided is 500AMPs - 480 3phase. 7. Question: The SOW mentions power disto-Is there any additional distro required other than the 4 courtesy outlets on the HVAC unit? Answer: No other outlets needed. 8. Question: How many days are allowed for install? Answer: 2 days are provided for installment. (End of Summary of Changes)
