SF 18 Request for Quote document, Block 10, Closing Date for submission of quote, is amended to 09-22-2011, 4:30 PM COB Phoenix, AZ local time. b. SECTION C, Statement of Work is removed in its' entirety. c. SECTION C, REVISED 09-21-2011 Statement of Work is inserted into the Solicitation document. 2. RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS IS PROVIDED: Please clarify the following. Quarters Renovation QUESTION 1: Quarter building Number and how many 2 or 3? RESPONSE: H5161311023 - project consists of repairs, replacement and painting of general building elements. Work includes but is not limited to general repair of exterior quarters. 14, 18 -, 30, garage 21 and 23 Landscaping Services QUESTION 2: Building Numbers and how many. I believe there is 1 Triplex, 1 Duplex and 5 Quarters. RESPONSE: H5161311024- removing and replacing lawn turf, gravel, trees, shrubs, etc where soil has been contaminated by lead: 12, 13, 14, 16, 30, 10 (duplex) and 25 (triplex)
