- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CLIN 0001: Easy-Label Software; EasyID Version 3.4 including EasyForm forms automation with data merge and rles driven workflow and EasyID Label product sheet. part # 10-103 CLIN 0002: Annual Support; Annual support service for EasyID EasyLabel Software. part # 10-103s CLIN 0003: Installation Package; Installation, Implementation and Training Package (Incl travel cost), Professional service for EasyLabel Software. part # 15-102 CLIN 0004: Software Option, Easy-Web; Software option Easy-Web, provides the ability for on-demand printing of labels from browser-based application to any configured printer. part # 10-104 CLIN 0005: Annual Support, Easy-Web; Annual support service for Easy-Web Software option. part # 10-104S Delivery and Acceptance: 30 days after contract award Delivery/Acceptance Location: Landstuhl Regional Medical Center D-66849 Landstuhl Germany FOB Point: Destination Price quotes shall include: -All contract related costs -Company Name -Street Address -City, State, and ZIP code -Remittance Address Evaluation for Award: The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced task order contract to the vendor whose offer is the lowest price that meets performance requirements. Price Quotes, including any technical literature, are required to be submitted no later than 1800 Central European Time (CET), on 21 September 2011. Vendors shall submit quotes to: Ethridge.w.lokey@us.army.mil All questions and inquiries should be addressed via email to ethridge.w.lokey@us.army.mil no later than close of business 20 September 2011. Phone inquiries will not be accepted. Failure to submit all of the information requested by the solicitation may result in the offer being eliminated from consideration for award. Contractors must be capable of accepting electronic fund payment for this procurement. All sources must be registered in the Central Contract Registration Database http://www.ccr.gov/, or an award cannot be processed. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 001-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov. All additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions that have been determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are listed in attached Appendix.
