- The material being procured is Handle Assembly for a quantity of 115,709 ea, NSN 1005-01-113-0321 for delivery in 260 days, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin to be procured in accordance with Drawing 19200 12579607 and all current related data. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested uppliers may submit an offer. For shipment to various stock locations. A 100% Option is included in the solicitation which may be exercised at a later date at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 9-30-11.
