- Sole -Source Justification Memo - Magnetic Ruler with Upper Attachment The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL intends to award a sole source to Kessler Soils Engineering Products, Inc. for MR100-48 48" magnetic ruler with uppper attachment (13 EA). This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4ATA41256A001. The NAICS code for this requirement 334519 and the size standard is 500 employees. The purchase will be made under the simplified acquisition procedures, other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, and Statutory Authority: 10 USC 2304© (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 This notice is neither a request from competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
