- Parts list This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA5613-Chappell-VRSSnowfleet; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-53, DPN 20110629, and AFAC 2011-0421. This acquisition will consider equal item; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 441310. The business size standard is 14 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 9999. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5531. CLIN 0001: Parts for support on vehicles on Ramstein AB, Germany. See attached statement of work and parts list. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Delivery will be FOB Destination with a 60 day delivery schedule to the following address: 86 VRS/LGRVMF Unit 3196 Bldg 24007 APO AE 09094 EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation of offers will be completed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
