- Notice of Intent for Sole Source for Verifer Pro T Blocker Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to AIT Industries in the amount of $83,175.00 to purchase three each, part number 03030,Verifier Pro T Blocker which is manufactrued and distributed by AIT Industries. The Pro T Blocker is intended for use at General Leonard Wood Army Hospital, Ft Leonard Wood, MO. The Pro T Blocker will allow for a faster turn-around time with spectacle production and must be compatible with exsisting blocking equipment for the DOD standardized Lab Management System currently located at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent Ms. Kendre Green, kendre.green@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
