- The purposes of this Amendment is to Extend the date for receiving Quotations from Monday, September 19, 2011 at 2:00 PM (EST) to Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 2:00 PM (EST). IN ADDITION, THE FOLLOWING CLARIFICATIONS/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR VENDORS USE: This announcement also corrects an error in Item #44 description, it should read "Concrete Cylinder Mold (50mmX100mm)". All item quantities are "each", however if there is a more cost effective quantity please provide the most cost effective quantity. Vendors are encouraged to quote on as many items as possible, they are not required to submit a quote for all items listed.
