- AMENDMENT 2: This amendment is to provide correction and clarification on following items from the solicitation: 1. Section 1.3.1 Pricing Mechanisms has been corrected as follows: Pricing mechanism to be used is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Refer to Section 3.2.2 for pricing instructions. 2. Section 3.2.2 clarification: This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. There is no Time and Material Line Item for the service calls. Contractor's FFP proposal should be based on total number of routine inspections and estimated number of service calls stated in the PWS Section 2.4.13 Table 1: Deliverables. Yearly pricing will be then divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Contractor is not required to provide services over the limits of deliverables stated in Section 2.4.13. 3. FBO notice dated September 8, 2011 was the Amendment 1 to the solicitation. Amendment 1 was issued to revise the section 2.3.4 to identify three Food Services Areas. Center Restaurant also known as Cafeteria is located in Building 33 I Bay, Bellwood Officer's Club is located in Building 42, and DSCR Child Deveopment Center is located in Building 100. These three areas require weekly inspection.
