- McAlester Army Ammunition Plant intends to issue a Request for Quote for Enamels - Lusterless, Semi-Glass and Metal Latex which will include but is not limited to Industrial Enamels made to military specifications in various colors and a Vinyl Acrylic Semi-gloss. All pricing should be quoted FOB Destination McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This is a blanket purchase agreement solicitation and the basis for evaluation will be based on estimated usage for each product (See solicitation, when available, for further details.) All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). Please register via the internet www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate day of solicitation release will be 3 Oct 2011 with an opening date approximately 10 days from issue. The solicitation can be viewed, after release on about 3 Oct 2011, at Federal Business Opportunities under Solicitation W44W9M11T0212 or https://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check this site daily for any posted changes.
