- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for Remotec F6A Robot upgrade, to Remotec, Inc., 353 J.D. Yarnell Parkway, Clinton,TN 37716. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability and price. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
