- This is notice of intent to contract on a sole source basis with Jacksonville Sound & Communications, Inc., Jacksonville, FL 32216 for upgrade of existing Public Address Interface System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation documents are available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses may be emailed to christopher.martin10@us.army.mil and must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (CDT), 21 Sep 2011.
