The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity is currently seeking firms all businesses; Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for the procurement "Same or Similar" OGM-500 Oxygen Generating System" along with items listed below for the Northport VA Medical Center at 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. 1.Oxygen Generating System, Qty: 1 2.Touch Screen Controls and Remote, Qty: 1 3.One Year Recommended Parts and Consumables Package, Qty: 1 4.Dual Fill Containment System, Qty: 1 5.93% Oxygen Cylinder label, Qty: 100 The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery and installation of these products. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "OGM-500 Oxygen Generating System" then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail: company information, i.e...name, address, point of contact, telephone number, fax number, DUNS #, email address, and company status (large business or small business, service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, 8-A business, Hubzone business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned) to vivian.torres@va.gov.
