- The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing Modification 1 to the solicitation for a 10-year agricultural lease within Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve. The link in the original Request for Proposals (RFP) notice to obtain supporting documents is incorrect. The correct link to access the electronic copies of the supporting documents is: http://concessions.nps.gov/elba_pre-solicitation.htm. The RFP and supporting documents may be obtained by contacting the Trust Board offices at Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve at EBLA_Administration@nps.gov or call the Trust Board office at (360) 678-6084 and refer to the Agricultural Lease at Ebey's Landing. The RFP and supporting documents are also available for download at the corrected Commercial Services website noted above. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the RFP from the NPS website please notify Craig Holmquist, so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the following address: National Park Service, Attn: Commercial Services, Cindy David, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA 94104-2828.
