- AMENDMENT 0001: BRANDYWINE CAMERA REPLACEMENT This amendment to the combined synopsis originally posted on 7 September 2011 addresses submitted vendor questions and makes the following changes. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Q1: Please clarify the quantities for each CLIN? A1: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Quantities: CLIN 1: 1 EA (one) CLIN 2: 3 EA (three) CLIN 3: 1 EA (one) CLIN 4: 1 EA (one) CLIN 5: N/A (service) CLIN 6: N/A (service) Q2: Please clarify the above referenced RFQ. The FBO site's right side has set aside as N/A, the body of the text has it as Small Business? A2: As the solicitation states: THIS IS A SMALL BUSSINESS SET-ASIDE. Q3: List of Items, Schedule of Requirements, Scope of Work, Terms of Reference, Bill of Materials required? A3: Please reference the originally posted solicitation and this solicitation amendment. Q4: Soft Copy of the Tender Document through email? A4: The only medium through which the Government will solicit vendors is electronically and specifically through www.fbo.gov. Details of how the Government will accept offers are included in the originally posted solicitation. Q5: Names of countries that will be eligible to participate in this tender? A5: All countries except those indicated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or otherwise noted in the laws of the United States Government are allowed to participate in this solicitation. Q6: Information about the Tendering Procedure and Guidelines? A6: Please see the originally posted solicitation. Q7: Estimated Budget for this Purchase? A7: The resultant award will be firm-fixed priced, using the procedures outlined in FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, therefore the budget for this acquisition will be determined by the submitted offers of prospective vendors and a determination of price fair and reasonable as outlined in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
