- W91YTZ-11-T-0161 This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Challenger Corporation, THE. The requirement is for the purchase of the Challenger CPR Program (Enhanced Electronic Library Subscription) for Family Medicine Residents at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Parties interested shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certification to clearly meet requirements as stated below: Item number 1: Challenger CPR Program (Enhanced Electronic Library Subscription) for Family Medicine Residents: 30 Residents; 11 Faculty; and 1 Administrator. 2 each operator manuals Responses via email ONLY to Mrs. Mary Martin at mary.a.martin@us.army.mil no later than 21 September 2011 @ 12:00 AM EST. No telephonic request will be honored.
