- SF-33 Attachment K Attachment I.1 Attachment H.1 Attachment A.1 Attachment A RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information provided in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, as proposals are being requested at this time and a written hard-copy of the solicitation will not be issued. This RFP is for a competitive 8(a) procurement and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561320. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipt of $10 million over the past three years, as set forth under NAICS. Proposals for this requirement may only be submitted by small disadvantaged businesses that have been certified by the Small Business Administration as an 8(a) firm. The Federal Executive Institute (FEI) intends to issue a Commercial Services, Blanket Purchase Agreement Firm Fixed-Price or labor hours Blanket Purchase Calls for a temporary Administrative Technician to perform administrative duties in conjunction with several large procurements involving the handling of hundreds of proposals.
