- Amendment P00001 to add Q&A from site visit Site Visit Q&A The following questions were asked during the site visit. Please see the answers provided. Question: Are there any restriction to using equipment with tracked wheels? Answer: Yes. Training Areas 13, 14A, and 14B can only be serviced using non-tracked vehicles (i.e., conventional wheels). Question: Does the contract include cutting/clearing in areas directly under the high voltage lines in Training Area 11? Answer: No. Question: What is the percentage of small trees and shrubs that are located in Training Area 11 (90 acre area) Answer: About 35-40 percent of trees and shrubs with broom intermixed Question: How often does the Site Safety Officer need to be on site? Answer: Contractor is to comply with requirements listed in 1.7.1.3. at all times. Question: Will the government provide a lay-down area for equipment and support storage? Answer: No lay-down area provided but equipment can be parked/stored at the specific job site. Question: Is it possible to store fuel for the equipment by the job site? Answer: Daily storage for daily usage is acceptable.
