- Synopsis: Altus Air Force Base has a requirement for the following: Fuel Dispenser & Pump All offerors doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to receipt of submittals. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for review and possible award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award. This may be accomplished at http://orca.bpn.gov/. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be on the government procurement website at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov <http://www.fedbizopps.gov/>. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. amendments issued, changes to Statement of Work, Etc). Faxed requests for a solicitation package will not be accepted. This requirement is a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336312. The size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation is anticipated to be electronically posted on or about 6 Sept 2011. Additional information concerning this project, to include details for a scheduled site visit, will be introduced at that time. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the government for reimbursement of any kind. Thank you for your interest. Amendment 0001 is posted under solicitation. Amendment 0002, 0003, & 0004 have been posted seperately. Amendment 0003 revises the Statement of Work & Amendment 0004 updates Davis Bacon Act. Offerors shall submit conformed copy of SF1449 from Amendment 0003, and signed copies of Amendment 0001 through 0004.
